Hi everyone!

How much time has passed since my last post! I hope you’re doing well, wherever you are now.

During this period, I was silent; I practiced a lot of Yoga and meditation after my New Year’s Eve travel with my son to a land I love: Poland!

We discovered so many interesting places in the city of Krakow, and we passed through great and touching experiences from one museum to another, crossing the unforgettable concentration camp of Auschwitz. I continued my photographic project in this area, and I hope one day it can be completed to show all my work in an exhibition. But… I had a great painting exhibition in March!

Many people visited me, and I was delighted to listen to all the questions concerning my technique and production. I sold some paintings too, and I am very thankful for the sensibility of the people who touched my heart, telling me what they represent for them. At the moment, I have stopped painting, giving space to my Handpan learning and my third book writing! Yes, because my previous two are so successful that they leave me breathless, really. Almost every day I receive messages from readers, and each of those touches my heart and gives me one more reason to be thankful to Life…

You can find my two book here and here.

But, you know me: I’m a bike traveler too, and this year I thought to do something really meaningful and different from my previous journeys: I opened a crowdfunding campaign for World Bicycle Relief to collect money to help people in rural parts of the world receive bicycles to go to work, to school, and to markets, selling their products and buying water and everything necessary to live. I decided to ride along a route I tracked by myself in the Balkans because this year is the 30th anniversary of the Balkans War, and this particular moment in our lives is very meaningful for all the desire to stop any war in the world, first of all the Palestinian genocide. I was successful, because I reached the money target at all: Thanks from the depths of my heart to everybody who donated for my expedition!

I rode 1000 km with more than 11,000 meters of elevation in the Balkans, where I found so many beautiful people and such humanity that one could hardly believe, or rather, it is not so common in Western Europe. I was self-sufficient for food, sleep, and water every day. I faced many problems, but I found strength in my deepest self. I filmed my emotions, creating a video for a new YouTube channel after a feature in a local newspaper. You can find it here:

After all that Summer is here, finally!

I’m preparing for vacations with my son, discovering a very interesting part of the world and ready to put all my emotions in my new upcoming book, considering it one of the most important things for the next few months. I want it ready for the beginning of next year, but before that, I enjoy every moment of life and I’m full of gratitude for any unforgettable step on my path.

I wish You great time out there and see You soon here!

Namo Buddhaya.

With Love,

S.
